Cheryl collaborates with medical providers to help patients implement recommendations in real life—focusing on protein-forward nutrition, strength training, and foundational lifestyle habits such as sleep, stress management, and daily movement. Her role is to support consistency, adherence, and behavior change alongside clinical care.
